tEACHING STATEMENT

My teaching practice is grounded in the belief that breath is the primary organizer of movement and bodily awareness. Emphasizing the ongoing dialogue between the breath and spine. I value learning as an embodied process that unfolds through exploration and reflection.

My classes prioritize integration, choice, and adaptability, allowing students to meet the work from their own physical histories and needs. I encourage listening closely to sensation, make informed decisions, and build sustainable movement practices. My goal overall is to empower one another to recognize our bodies as intelligent systems.
